Eternity Beach Engagement Photographer – D Engagement

I was so honored when Kylee contacted me to capture Some engagement photos for her and Luke! Kylee flew to Oahu last week for Luke’s homecoming from his most recent deployment!  I was so happy to hear that they were able to have a little over a week to spend together until Kylee had to head back home.  Kylee and Luke will be getting married at the end of this month in Salt Lake City, Utah! I’m so excited for them!

I knew I wanted to do something special for these photos and Kylee had visited Eternity Beach during one of her previous stays in Hawaii and loved this location.  Eternity Beach is on the east side of the island Oahu and has amazing soft lighting for sunsets! I love that this location is set down below the road almost in a little cove. It has the most beautiful blueish teal water and I love the contrast of this water and the dark rock!

I asked Luke and Kylee to write each other a love letter and we took some time at the end of their session so they could sit and read them to each other.  I felt this was so special and important with them having to part ways again for several weeks until they finally tie the knot! There were so many emotions at the end of our time together.  Both laughs and tears and then while the sunset, they got into the water and had a little fun splashing around!  I am beyond excited for these two and can’t wait to see some of the wedding photos from there special day!  Check out the photos from our time together below!
